Mail client settings - prevent spam

We do our best to ensure that our emails are delivered correctly. If our emails still end up in spam, you can try move the email into the inbox, add us to your contact list or use whitelist functionality of your mail system.

Gmail

Mark a received email as Not Spam

  • open the spam folder and open the mail
  • click "Report as not spam"

Add us to your contact list

  • open the email
  • move mouse over the sender name or use the "contact" icon on the right panel
  • click the contact icon to add the sender to your contact list

Microsoft Exchange Online / Microsoft 365

Mark a received email as Not Junk

  • open the junk folder and open the mail
  • click "It's not junk" link or "Not junk" button

Add us tou your contact list

  • open the mail
  • click the sender name
  • click "More options" (three dots on the right)
  • choose "Add to contacts"

Outlook

Mark a received email as Not Junk

  • open the junk folder and open the mail
  • click "Not Junk"

Add us to your contact list

  • open the mail
  • right click the sender name and click "Add to Contacts"

Add us to your Safe Senders list

  • open the mail
  • click "Options" on the "Tools" menu
  • go to the "Preferences" tab and click "Junk E-mail" under "Email" section
  • select "Safe Senders or Safe Recipients" tab and add "[email protected]"

Apple mail

Move the message into the inbox

  • open junk the folder
  • find the mail and move it into the inbox

Add us to your contact list

  • open the mail
  • open the context menu over the sender address
  • choose "Add to Contacts"/"Create New Contact"

Mozilla Thunderbird

Mark a received email as Not Junk

  • open the junk folder and open the mail
  • click "Not Junk"

Add us to your contact list

  • open the mail
  • click the sender address and choose "Add to Address Book"
  • Ensure the "Personal Address Book" is selected

Yahoo Mail

Mark received email as Not Spam

  • open the spam folder (if you not see the "Spam" folder, click "More" below the "Sent" folder")
  • open the mail
  • click "Not Spam"
