This exquisite whisky is a creation of Master Distiller Billy Walker, who has an illustrious career spanning nearly 50 years in the industry. Walker meticulously selected a limited number of casks from Glenallachie's 16 warehouses, which date back to the 1970s, to craft this expression.
The Glenallachie 18yo is a rich and robust whisky, brimming with layers of vanilla, butterscotch, spice, raisins, heather, cherries, and honey. The palate is a harmonious blend of raisins, marzipan, heather, honey, with rich notes of dark cherries, spices, and subtle hints of dark chocolate.
